Our recent stay in Ayvalik was truly memorable, thanks to the charming inn we chose. The property is ideally located in the heart of the town, just a short walk from the seaside, making it perfect for both exploring and enjoying the scenic views. The room we stayed in was cozy and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable double bed. The decor throughout the inn was thoughtfully curated, reflecting the family's attention to detail and adding a touch of local character to our experience. What stood out most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the family who runs the inn. They were very kind and friendly. This genuine hospitality, especially from the owner who led the family with great care, made our stay feel special and personal. Breakfast was served in a lovely inner garden that provided a peaceful and refreshing start to the day. In summary, our experience at this family-run inn in Ayvalik was delightful. The central location, comfortable rooms, and above all, the warm family atmosphere, made it a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fair-priced, homely stay in this beautiful town.

Menteş, the owner is an incredible host. He and his staff really put forth their best each day for every guest's experience. Menteş touched base with all guests who came down for breakfast. He is incredibly helpful, and even offered to accompany myself and my partner to purchase bus tickets. He and his staff went above and beyond! They were all personable and kind. The rooms themselves are stylish and VERY CLEAN! The space is used well, and I was able to unpack and utilize the closet and shelf spaces, which kept everything organized. The bathroom was well maintained, and the shower stall spacious. Water pressure was fantastic. We had a mini fridge which was incredibly helpful to keep our drinks cool. The A/C worked great. Additionally, all the shared spaces (lobby, garden, etc.) were also tidy and welcoming. Breakfast was filling and very fresh. Location was fantastic - central to incredible restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront. Overall, this place is a wonderful "home" to come back to after exploring the town.

The hotel was a beautiful little boutique in a great location. As others have mentioned, it’s in the middle of old town and next to the marina yet still quiet. It was beautify decorated, especially where the courtyard where we had breakfast. The owner was warm and helpful, including walking us to find transportation to Cunda for dinner and making g a recommendation about where to eat.

Fantastic boutique hotel, exceptional location just off the narrow cobbled lanes with lovely friendly hosts. The rooms are superb whilst Breakfast was lovely. If I was ever travelling through Ayvalik again this would be the first place I would try to book

Gizem and her dad were super welcoming! The house is beautiful and wonderfully decorated, a true oasis in the craziness of Ayvalik. Our room was very comfortable and the patio was super relaxing and pretty.
